The French Fitness R1 Dual Adjustable Squat Stand / Rack is a set of heavy duty Squat Stand that easily adjust from 41" to 6" and is equipped with safety spotter bars. The distance between the two brackets can be adjusted according to the length of the barbell. The H designed bases provide stability during workouts. The safety catch bars acts as a spotter and has 13 levels of height adjustments. Rubber end caps provide grip for added stability and protect the floor from scratches.
