Providing an easy-to-use target with an 18.5" diameter, the Body-Solid Ball Target is perfect for training with wall balls, slam balls and medicine balls of all sizes. Constructed with heavy-duty steel, all-welded construction and weighing 28 lbs, the Body-Solid Ball Target is designed to not shake or move upon impact providing reliability during high-intensity workout sessions.
